Van revise condition number 10 as follows:
Developer shall execute and record a City standard Subdivision Improvement Agreement to install and
secure with appropriate security as provided by law, public improvements shown on the TENTATIVE
MAP, to City Standards to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
Glen can you provide a report addressing engineering issues for Van to incorporate into his staff report.
Get a copy of a recent staff report to use as an example.
