Dear Carl:
Please find attached the Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Carlsbad Airport Center -
Lot 10 project. Please have the developer sign the document agreeing to the mitigation
measure and return the document to me. At this time the mitigation measure involves a
$10.00 impact fee for each ADT generated by the project for the short term
improvements to Palomar Airport Road and El Camino Real intersection.
