SUBJECT: CUP 00-17(B) - NORTH COAST CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP
Informational items needed to continue processing the Conditional Use Permit application
were requested in a letter dated September 24, 2001. To date, all of the items requested
of you earlier have not been received.
No processing of your application can occur until the requested information is provided.
When all required information is submitted processing for a decision on the application will
be initiated. In addition, please note that you have six months from the date the
application was initially filed, September 7, 2001 , to submit the required information.
Failure to submit the materials necessary to further process your application shall be
deemed to constitute withdrawal of the application. If an application is withdrawn or
deemed withdrawn, a new application must be submitted.

Pastor Brian and I appreciate the opportunity to meet with you and Mr. Shirey on the loth. The
increased understanding of the requirements for our modular building project will aid us greatly in
moving the project forward.
The following information is provided in response to the letter dated 24 Sep, 2001.
Planning:
1. The modular buildings will be used as meeting space for church services and community
outreach. The primary use will be Saturday and Sunday mornings fiom about 9 AM until
11 AM for religious instruction. There will be 15-20 people attending these classes which
are open to members of the congregation and visitors. As our community service activities
expand we will offer use of the buildings Alcohol Anonymous and other similar groups.
These meeting will generally occur in the evening and conclude by 9 PM.
2. We will instruct our engineer to add fire alarms to the plans.
3. We will instruct our engineer to indicate fire hydrants within 300 ft of the modular
buildings to the plans.
5. We will instruct our engineer to add trees to the landscaping plan along the southern
property line.
6. Noise attenuation for the air conditioning units will be added to the plan.
Engineering :
Traffic & Transportation
1. We will add a typical street cross section for Eureka Place to the site plan.

2. Per our discussions if an Neighborhood improvement district is formed NCCF will
participate.
Improvements & Utilities
1. We will instruct our engineer to add all existing sdace improvements to the site plan.
2. We will instruct our engineer to indicate fire hydrants withidadjacent to the project to the
plans.
3. There are no plans for restrooms in the coaches.
4. Deleted
Land & Mapping
1. We will prepare the required documents.
2. The NCCF Church Board voted to contract with Chicago Title to clarify the easements
and/or encumbrances. This should be complete the week ending 8 March.
Grading & Drainage
1. We will indicate grading on the plans %required. If no grading is required this will be
stated on the plans.
We would also like to request an extension on the filing deadline for these items.
