INTRODUCTION This proposed five year extension of CUP 00-22 will allow the continued operation of the drive- thru prescription drug window at the Sav-On Drug Store located at 7760 Rancho Santa Fe Road from August 2, 2005 through August 1, 2010. The drive-thru prescription drug window has operated in conformance with the required conditions of approval for the past 5 years. III. PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND BACKGROUND The site is generally located on the southeast comer of Rancho Santa Fe Road and La Costa Avenue. On August 2, 2000 the Planning Commission approved CUP 00-22 to allow a drive- thru prescription drug window at the Sav-On Drug Store in the Rancho La Costa Village neighborhood shopping center. Condition No. 2 of the approving CUP Resolution No. 4811 specifies that CUP 00-22 is granted for a period of 5 years but may be extended upon written application of the permittee (Cynthia Bell and Associates, Inc.). The applicant, Cynthia Bell and Associates, Inc., is requesting a 5-year extension of CUP 00-22, effective August 2, 2005 through August 1, 2010.
