Building Addition
REGARDING: Re Application for Conditional Use Permit
Dear Anne:
As per our discussion and in response to your letter 1/16/01, PacBell is
requesting that you withdraw our original application and reapply in order to
continue in our processing for the approval of our project. I am enclosing the
revised Application and Project DescriptionlJustMcation with additional
description for the chiller enclosure as you requested.
We met at the site with Matthew Ernau - Deputy Fire Marshall On Monday February 5, 2001. We have come to a meeting of minds for the Fire Protection
System. PacBell will be providing a fully sprinklered bulldlng with an early
warning smoke detection system. Our Fire Suppression consultant, Rolf Jensen
& Associates will be revising the report to reflect the items we discussed at the
meeting .
Michael Livshlts should be recelving the letter of agreement from Waste
Management next week. We are revising our drawings to address Items 2, 3 &
5 in your letter and will provlde copies of these to follow. Item 4 will be
forthcoming from the adjacent property owner next week.
