San Diego Gas & Electric Company (SDG&E) hereby consents to your use in common
with SDG&E of an area shown on the drawing marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
by reference made a part hereof
Said area is within SDG&E's easement recorded April 15, 1954 as Book 5205, Page 416
of Official Records (SDG&E R/W 31564), filed in the Office of the County Recorder of
San Diego County, California and lies within a property being more particularly described
as follows:
Lot 23 of Carlsbad Tract No. 81-46, Map No. 11287 in the County of San Diego, State of
California (A.P.N. 212-091-03).
This consent is limited to the installation, maintenance, and use of a New Vehicle
Storage Lot.
This consent is given subject to the following standard terms and conditions:
You agree that no structure, or use, other than those specifically described above
and shown on Exhibit "A" \iIl be constructed on the right-of-way.
2. All grading and improvements shall adhere to standards set forth in SDG&E's
Guide for Encroachments on Transmission Rights-of-way".
3. You agree not to contest SDG&Es title to the right-of-way or the priority of
SDG&E's title.

5. You agree to assume all risks of loss, damage, and injury to persons and property

the right-of-way by calling the undersigned.
7. You agree to comply with all appropriate statutes, ordinances, codes, and
regulations or public bodies having jurisdiction over the subject matter of this

S. All trees planted within SDG&E's right-of-way shall be no taller than 15 feet at
maturity. No trees shall he planted within 10 feet of any SDG&E power pole.
9. Vehicle access shall be provided to SDG&E facilities at all times (24 hours a day).
Any improvements driven upon, shall be designed to handle 1-120 traffic loading.
