The park was completed the beginning of 2014. The final punch list items are being completed and replacement of some asphalt areas will take place in the next few months. Installation of six solar shade structures over a portion of the parking lot was approved through a Consistency Determination (CD 13-08). However, that number has now been reduced to two. The trees that were omitted under the four shade structures will be replaced. CNLM has requested that the City install fencing between the park and the adjacent habitat area to prevent park users from trespassing into the area. Fence type will be reviewed by Parks & Rec/Planning. Please update applicant/ owner information.
