Dear Mr. Klassen:
In response to your letter of April 28, 1976, a field inspection of your Church was c0nducte.d to determine compliance with Planning Commission Resolution No. 1125. An occupancy bond of $7,000, posted November 5,. 1975,

Condition 4: The parki.ng area has been. constructed; it .has not been marked-‘as required.
Condition 6: No outside storage areas were observed other than a trash area.
Condition 7: The trash area has been enclosed; no incombustible trash container was observed within the area.
Condition 8: A landscape and sprinkler plan has been approved and landscaping and sprinkler system installed.
Condition 19: The fence has been installed except for a section north and northwest of the sanctuary.
Your bond will not be released ‘by the City until:
(1) the parking lot is marked in a manner acceptable to the City; (2) an incombustible trash enclosure is provided; (3) all required fencing has been installed.

In relation to the fencing, your letter indicated you are negotiating purchase of adjacent land. If you intend to use the land as a part of the Church, you will have to apply for an amendment to your Conditional Use Permit. Deletion of the fencing in that area may be part of your application. In the absence of such an amendment, instal- lation of the fence will be required before the occupancy bond can be released.
