We have reviewed subject conditional use permit (C.U.P.); and, we have also consulted with the City Attorney regarding your request for an extension of time to comply with condition No. 14 of the subject C.U.P.
Condition No. 14 allows for’an extention of time to be granted by the Planning Director. However, since you did not exercise this option within the alloted time, the subject C.U.P. is now null and void.
