NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 14, 1975 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California to consider a Conditional Use Permit (CUP-103) of Title '21 of the Municipal Code of the City of Carlsbad to:

Allow construction of a church and related facilities
on property addressed as 2675 Highland Drive, and more particularly described as:
A portion of Tract 5, Laguna Mesa Tracts, Map 1719, Book 156, Page 110, Parcels 65, 110 and 156 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, and further described in the files of the Carlsbad Planning Department.
