III. THIS APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED
HEREIN IS SUPPORTED BY THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
1. SUCH a permit is warranted because the present facilities ------~----------------------
of the denomination are inadequate and there is no other church of
this denomination in Carlsbad.
2. SUCH a permit will be in the interest of furtherance of
public welfare because the function of the church will benefit the -----------------
community and the proposed buildings will provide architectural
beauty and stability to the community
3. THE proposed use (or uses) described in this application will
not be detrimental in any way to other neighboring properties, i.e. (noise,
smoke, dust, fumes, vi.bration, ardors & hazards) because the nature of
the church activity creates no detriment to neighboring properties.

4. THE property described in this application is more suitable for
the proposed use (or uses) because the pre~ent f~cflities and spac~ for
the future are conveniently located in relation to city buildings,
other churches, schools and homes.
