NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a
public hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, California, at
6:OO p.m. on Wednesday, March 17, 2004, to consider a request for a Conditional Use Permit
Amendment to allow a 1,952 square foot addition to an existing church on a 1.83-acre site
located north of Las Flores Drive and west of Highland Drive, in Local Facilities Management
Zone 1 and more particularly described as:
That portion of the Southeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 11
South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public
hearing. Copies of the staff report will be available on and after March 11, 2004. If you have
any questions, please call Barbara Kennedy in the Planning Department at (760) 602-4626.
If you challenge the Conditional Use Permit Amendment in court, you may be limited to raising
only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in
written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at or prior to the public hearing.
