Submittal is complete. However, This is my only engineering issue:
1. Revise the exhibit to identify the grading quantities (cut, fill, import, remedial) required to grade the pad
for the new structure. If over 100 cubic yards of earthwork is proposed, this project will be conditioned to
obtain a grading permit. If not, then the grading can be accomplished with the building permit.
