Dear Mr. Steffensen:
Your concern in working with staff is appreciated. problem between our staff report and the Planning Commission meeting is insur- mountable at this time to meet and discuss the application in any detail. (By the way, we did not receive your February 25 letter until today) As you are aware, I am sure, our staff has many items that we-are working on at any one time and we work on these items amonq various departments and other govern- mental agencies. with one department to come up with a final solution.
At this time we have the staff report prepared and it is on the Planning Director's desk for final approval. and is requesting a thirty-day continuance. is to permit the Planning Commission to give us their comments on the development 'and to meet with your office to solve the problems. Commission does continue this item, we will establish a meeting with you and your designers soon after.
