SUBJECT: LANDSCAPING OF NEW CITY FIRE STATION (CUP-112) --- /
Condition 5 of Planning Commission Resolution 1200 requires that the new Fire Station be landscaped.
While the Planning Department normally requires approval of a landscaping plan concurrent with the building permit, we have approved the Fire Station's permit without a landscaping plan.
The landscaping of the Fire Station is particularly important in view of the station's location in a residential neighborhood, along a scenic corridor with two cut banks. scaping/irrigation plan is prepared and s installed prior to or concurrent with occupancy of the station.
