I SUBJECT: Magee Park
The preliminary sketch showing the proposed development of
Magee Park indicates that a considerable amount of work is contemplated in addition to the restoration of the Magee House presently under contract.
Due to the large amount of monies being expended, the require- ment for public improvements, and the anticipated relocation
of structures, it appears that additional contracts will be
required to develop the park as well as an amendment to the
Conditional Use Permit.
Our present contract provides only for the restoration of
the structure and does not include any site improvements,
such as a parking lot, walkways, irrigation systems, fencing
and landscaping.
If you wish to have any offsite improvements constructed as part of the restoration project please advise me as soon as possible so that we can discuss a contract change order.
