NOTICE IS HEREBY GNEN that the City of Carlsbad has issued Negative Declarations for the follawing proj ectsr
LOG NO. 541: The proposed project involves amending CUP-118,
which would allow the Carlsbad Historical Society to move.the
original City Hall Library to a new location in Magee Park.
The 2.1 acre park site is located north of Beech Avenue, between Carlsbad Boulevard and Garfield Street. The site is relatively flat with no significant plant or animal species
present. The historical "Magee House" and 3 smaller buildings
are existing on the site. The subject property is surrounded
by a variety of residential and non-residential uses. No
grading or land form alteration, except for minor pad prep- aration, will be required for the move-on.

A copy of the subject Negative DeclaratioG with supportive information is available for public review at the Planning Department, City Hall, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, invited. Please submit comments in writing to the Planning
Department within five (5) days from'the date of this notice.
