1. The proposed access from El Fuerte is an improvement over the approved plan. However there is a problem with grade. We will require a relatively flat grade for a 20 foot length behind the

2. Use standard flared drivew y approaches on all driveways with less than 500 ADT. The site plan shows alley type driveways with
