NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the city
of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council
Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO P.M. on
Wednesday, August 26, 1981, to consider approval of an amendment to an existing Conditional use Permit to allow a recycling
center on property generally located on the east side of El
Camino Real,1/8 of a mile north of Palomar Airport Road and more
particularly described as:
Portions of Lots A and B of Rancho Agua Hedionda
according to Map 823 filed November 16, 1896.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially
invited to attend the public hearing.
