NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of
Carlsbad will hold a Public Hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California at 7:OO P.M. on Wednesday, October 26,
1977, to consider an application for a commercial use of gymnastic and
fitness instruction in a Planned Industrial Zone
located on the west side of Yarrow Drive between Camin0 Vida Roble and
Palomar Airport Road, and more particularly described as:
That portion of Lot "G" of Rancho Agua Hedionda in the County
of San Diego, State of California, according to map thereof
No. 823, filed in the Office of County Recorder of San Diego
County, November 16, 1896.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited

to attend the Public Hearing.
