This notice is to inform you that CUP 146(B)x1 - CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST LDS located at
1975 Chestnut Avenue and originally conditioned to expire on September 5, 2010 is hereby
extended without an expiration date by the Planning Director pursuant to Section 21.42.110(0)
of the Carlsbad Municipal Code. While your Conditional Use Permit (CUP) no longer has an
expiration date, the CUP will continue to be reviewed by the Planning Department on an annual
basis to ensure continued compliance with the terms and conditions of the permit. If at any time
the department determines that the use may be out of compliance with the terms and conditions
of the CUP, it retains the right to review this action and recommend that the approval be
reconsidered.
