The Caldwell Police Pepartment recognizes the merit in organized hot rod clubs and organized drag racing events.
These, I feel, offer their members an opportunity to experiment and test their ingenuity and have a tendency to cause members cars to be in better condition since
clubs require cars to pass rigid specifications. This office wiil work with these clubs in any way possible
in an effort to help them.. . . .
