Dear Mr. Holzmiller,
This letter is in reponse to the notice of violations of Condition No. 18 in Planning Commission Resolution No. 2774 of Conditional Use Permit No. CUP 150(A) of the Carlsbad
Girls Club.
The notice states that a six foot solid barrier is to be pro-
vided along the property lines to separate the proposed use
from neighboring residential use observing all necessary setbacks
The barri-er adljacent to the neighbor oh the south will be of
solid material ...
The Carlsbad Girls Club does hereby agree to comply with the notice by providing for the solid barrier to %.he south. There is already a,fence and plant material along the east and
north property lines of the Club.
In response to the additional concern of Condition No, 11
regarding the exterior lighting at the Girls Club, enclosed
you will find a plan of the existing exterior lighting of
the building. We are currently working on lighting for the
45' X 80' parking lot.
We hope this is adequate pEoof needed to show that we have plans to comply with the conditions stated in the Conditional
Use Permit and,upon the completion of each project, will
submit additsional notices fnforming you of their completion.
