SUBJECT: CUP 154(C) - COMPLIANCE WITH PALOMAR AIRPORT
C.L.U .P.
Conditional Use Permit No. CUP 154(C) is enclosed for your review. This
project is a 17,487 square foot, two-story expansion of an existing telephone
electronic switching facility and is located on a 2 acre lot. The project falls
outside the 60 dBA CNEL noise contour within the Palomar Airport influence
area. The project is located at 21 75 Camino Vida Roble and is approximately
2,500 feet South of the Airport.
Your written comments concerning the project's conformance with Palomar
Airport's Comprehensive Land Use Plan, along with other factors that would
assure compatibility with airport operations, are appreciated. It would be
helpful if comments are received by July 9, 1996.
