Please find enclosed the latest C.U.P. Package. You will notice that the drawings have
been up-dated and improved in an effort to best describe the scope of work. The
information contained is consistent with the previous submittal. However, you will notice
two new sheets: Sheet DI corresponds to all demo work to be done for this project and
Sheet C3 reflects the slope analysis you requested. Please note that the Legal
Description has been fully described on the Title Sheet The Conditional Setback has
been indicated on Sheet AI along with note 14 indicating the retaining wall finish and
