NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of
the City of Carlsbad will hold a Public Hearing at the City
Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, Caliornia, at
7:OO p.m. on Wednesday, November 22, 1978 to consider a Conditional Use Permit to install a free-standing sign at the
Porsche-Audi auto dealership on property generally located
on the east side of Paseo Del Norte between the Volkswagen
dealer on the north and Hoehn Motors on the south and more
particularly described as:
Lot 8 of Carlsbad Tract 72-3, in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 7492, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, November 20, 1972.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public hearing. If you have any
questions please call 729-1181 and ask for the Planning
Department.
