Sirs, Presently, we are servicing and repairing a large fleet of refuse trucks in dn area without any covering or protection what so ever from the elements, ie: wind, rain, cold and etc.. This imposes a very real physical hardship on our employees. The company and the men suffer the loss of many man hours of labor due to high rate of illness and accidents brought on by these conditions. An enclosed building such as we propose would provide much needed shelter for our people and make working conditions much more humane and allow for better service
