1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO P.M. on Wednesday, January 23, 1980, to consider approval of a Conditional Use Permit
for erection of a metal building to be used for the repair and main- tenance of refuse trucks on property generally located on the east
side of Ponto Drive between La Costa Avenue and San Diego Gas & Elec- tric Power Plant, and more particularly described as: - .
