NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Carlsbad has issued Negative Declarations for the following projects:

LOG.NO. 628: The applicant is requesting a Conditional Use
Permit to allow the construction of a 3,000 square foot metal building on residentially zoned property. The subject property
has been developed by the Coast Waste Management Company with office and storage facilities used in conjunction with their refuse disposal operation. Nore specifically, a 53Ix61' building is proposed along the eastern edge of the site. This building will be utilized as a garage for maintenance of Coast Waste Management vehicles. Since the property has been previously developed, no signifi.cant impacts to any environmental features are anticipated and no significant landform alterations are proposed.
