We have received a pmpogad site plah, dattd October 24,19%, for tm expansion of the Ammican
we terminal facility at McClellan-Palomar Airport. For refemu?, a copy is attached to this letter.
Airports does not object to the expansion subject to thre following
1. American Eagle shall sccazlc aBuUding Pdt igsucd by the City of Carlsbad and
provide a fully cxccufed copy to Airports prior to commencing construction.
2. hriw Eagle shall provide tc tbe A;Jport’Dinctor a copy of the final “as-built”
drawings within 30 days after construction is complete.
3. Amxican Eagle SM c0ordiL)Bbe its construction schedule with the Airport Manager,
Floyd Best, at least 48 hours before commencing. He can be reached at (619) 431-
4646.
4. County’s approval for subject iniproventents is solely for the hemin describad
expansion, and does not constitute approval for any similar or future improvements.

We propose no change to the cmnt fee structure at this time. We will propose to discuss an
increase prior to renewal of American Eagle’s airport use pitmitt, which will expire on March 31,
