It was very helpful that you resolved questions or? how to apply City Council Policy No. 17 and placed it in writing. Your letter answered many questions. not addressed is - how are we going to treat Palomar
Airport?
They.have applied for a rezoning from L-C to M and a Conditional Use Permit. Being a government agency, it appears that they are exempted from the policy. is leased to private enterprises that construct privately owned structures for private operation.
The leased areas are mostly built, but there are some vacant property and rebuilding of existing structures"on-going. Therefore, it is impossible to determine future construction. I have suggested that a condition be placed with the Conditional Use Permit requiring that a public facility fee
be paid for each future building permit. that the County be exempted from the requirements of a secured agreement for the processing of the.Zone Change and Conditional Use Permit.
Would you please let me know how you are going to administer Policy No. 17 with this application.
