Subject: Request for Extension of CUP 178
Thank you for your prompt attention to our letter requesting action in regard to CUP 178.
The subject conditional use permit, granted in May, 1980, allowing a temporary bank facility in
the Palomar Business Center was amended in 1981. The amendment, CUP 178(A), allowed a
permanent bank facility at the same location. This amended conditional use permit was not
conditioned to expire, and, therefore, does not need an extension.
We are refunding the $375.00 application fee you submitted on May 7 1, 1990. If you have any
