NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the city of
Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO P.M. on Wednesday, December 10, 1980, to consider approval of a Conditional Use Permit
to construct a television transmitter on property generally located on the north side of Squires Dam Mountain between 33" 09' 10" north latitude and 117" 15' 28" west longitude and more particularly described as:
52 acres identified in file page no. 141468 filed August 17, 1961.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public hearing. If you have any questions, please call
the Planning Department at 438-5591.
