Please accept our application to renew CUP 184-B that expires on April 1, 1996. We respectfully
request the Planning Commission grant a five year extension of this CUP as detailed in the
Conditions Section, item 9, of said document.
This site continues to be our main signal reception and microwave transmission point providing
cable service the communities of Carlsbad, Vista, Fallbrook, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar
and areas of San Diego County. We believe the conditions of this permit have been met and that
our use does not have a significant detrimental impact on surrounding properties or the public
health and welfare.
Enclosed you will find:
A 600 ft. radius map
A list of names and addresses of all Property owners within a 600 ft. radius of subject
property (including the applicant and/or owner) and including assessor's parcel number
from the latest assessment rolls.
TWO separate sets of mailing labels ofthe property owners within a 600 ft. radius
A signed disclosure statement
A check for $900
