Dear Ms. Nicholas:
Submitted herewith you will find an application for Conditional Use Permit and an Environmental Impact Assessment Form, along with all necessary fees for the above referenced project. Also enclosed you will find the drawings required for the Conditional Use Permit.
This is a Conditional Use Permit necessary to construct a branch bank on the southeast corner of Palomar Airport Road and Yarrow Drive. The proposed bank will have four drive-up teller lanes.
Also included in this permit we request to construct a temporary branch bank in the northeast corner of the property for use on a temporary basis until such time as the new facilities are complete in the fall of 1981.
