NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning (3mnission of the City of
Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Qlambers, 1200
Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO P.M. on Wednesday, January 14,
1981, to consider approval of a conditional use permit to oonstruct a
drive-thru bank and temporary banking facilities on property generally
located on the southeast corner of Palomr Airport mad and Yarrow Drive
and mre particulary described as:
Lot 1 of Tract 73-49 of Map 8054, filed Decanber 31, 1974.
