Palomar Airport Road and Yarrow Drive. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to de- velop an 18,000 sq. fl. branch office; drive-thru bank building as a por- tion of a 4 building. 150.000 sq. fl.. office development on 5.41 acres. The applicant is additionally re- questing use of temporary building as a bank during construction. The project site is relatively level. hav- ing been previously graded No sig- nificant environmental impacts are anticipated from approval of the project. The City of Carlsbad has con- ducted an environmental review of the above described project pur- suant to the Guidelines for Imple- mentation of the California En- vironmental Quality Act and the Environmental Protection Ordi- nance of the City of Carlsbad. As a result of said review, a Negative Declaration (declaration that the project will not have a significant impact on the environment) is hereby issued for the subject proj- ect. Justification for this action iS on file in the Planning Department A copy of ttie Negative Declara- tion with supportive documents is on file in the Plannlng Department, City Hall, 1200 Elm Avenue. Carls- bad, CA. 92008. Comments from the public are invited. Please submit in writing to the Planning Department within ten (10) days of date of pub- lication.
