ACCESS AND/OR CIRCULATION FOR EMERGENCY VEHICLES IS .INADEQUATE.

THIS IS A RECOMMENDED MINIMUM STANDARD BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT FOR
DRIVEWAYS INTO ALL TYPES OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. NO PARKING
LANE --24 FEET, PARKING ONE SIDE 34 FEET, AND PARKING BOTH SIDES
44 FEET.
ADEQUATE EMERGENCY VEHICLE TURN-AROUNDS SHALL BE PROV.IDED BY A
'CUL-DE-SAC OR A HAMMERHEAD WHEN DRIVEWAY IS MORE THAN 1'0 FEET
DEEP FROM PROPERTY LINE AT STREET.
ALL DRIVEWAYS SHALL' BE EXTENDED TO WITHIN 150 FEET OF ALL PORTIONS
OF THE EXTERIOR WALLS OF THE FIRST STORY OF ANY BUILDING.
PROPOSED SECURITY GATE SYSTEMS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF
BOTH POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS PRIOR'TO APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP.
X+ ALL PRIVATE DRIVEWAYS SHALL BE KEPT CLEAR OF PARKED VEHICLES AT
ALL TIMES, AND SHALL HAVE POSTED "NO
ZONE" AS PER CONDITION IN MUNICIPAL
FIRE RETARDANT ROOF SHALL BE REQUIRED ON ALL STRUCTURES BY
BUILDING AND FIRE DEPARTMENT.
. BRUSH CLEARANCE SHALL BE MAINTAINED WITHIN A MINIMUM DISTANCE OF
30 FEET TO EACH RESIDENCE.
ALL FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS, FIRE HYDRANTS, EXTINGUISHING SYSTEMS,
AUTONATIC SPRINKLERS, AND OTHER SYSTEMS PERTINENT TO THE PROJECT
SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE FIRE DEPARTMENT FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO
CONSTRUCTION.
/ ALL ROOF-TOP APPURTENANCES SHALL BE ARCHITECTURALLY INTEGRATED
INTO TIIE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING AND SHIELDING TO PREVENT NOISE
AND VISUAL IMPACTS, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BEFORE ISSUANCE OF PERMIT.
