The Palomar Airport Road driveway has been relocated westerly from the previously proposed undesirable location. The access rights at the currently proposed location are owned by the City. It is rec- ommended that no access to Palomar Airport Road be allowed unless it is a Joint access with the adjacent property. This access would include an adequately designed facility. If access to Palomar Airport Road is not allowed, then the access to Yarrow Drive does not include enough stacking room for vehicles exit- ing the site. As discussed in our meeting with the developer, build- ing C would need to be relocated to facilitate adequate on-site .. storage, i.e. switching buildings C and D.
