Subject: Conditional Use Permit No. 185 -- McRoskey Banking Facilities Costa Real Municipal Water District

The subject project is located within the Palomar Airport Business Park subdivision and public water service will be provided to the facility by the Costa Real Municipal Water District. For the bene- fit of your staff and your Planning Commission, the Water District has the following comments and recommendations regarding the devel- opment project:
1) The development will be required to conform to the rules and regulations regarding public water service to the entire site area, including the four separate structures, so that public water service can be provided in accordance with the District's rules and regulations. Included in water service is the ordinary commercial or domestic uses of water and, additionally, the requirements for fire service for the protection of all of the structures.
2) The District has a detailed set of rules and regulations and construction specifications so that the development will be required to construct all necessary public water system facilities. The development will also be respon- sible for all financial obligations with respect to the service connections, meter charges, and other expenses of the District.
