NOTICE OF DETERMINATION

This is to advise that the City of Carlsbad on March 11, 1981, approved the following project:
Project Description: raise commercial fish for distribution to local restaurants and markets .
Aquaculture facilfties for research and to
Project Address/Location: East side of Carl sbad Boulevard between the San Diego Gas & Electric power plant and Agua Hedionda Lagoon.
The City made the following determinations regardfng the environmental impact of the above described project:
1. The project will not have a significant effect on the environment.
2. Mitigation measures were not made a condition of the approval of
this project.
3. A statement of Overriding Considerations was not adopted for this project.'
