NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Comnission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chanbers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 6:OO p.m. on Wednesday, October 23, 1985, to consider approval for an amendment to an existing conditional use permit to allow a residence at
the Montessori School on property generally located on the east side of Madison Street between Elm Avenue and Oak Avenue in the VR zone and mre particularly described as:
Lots 7 and 8 in Block 48 of Carlsbad according to Map 535 filed in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, May 2, 1888.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are mrdially invited to attend
the public hearing.

If you challenge the Conditional Use Permit in court, you may be limited to
raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at or prior to the public hearing.
