NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the city of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO P.M. on Wednesday, March 25, 1981, to consider approval of Conditional Use Permit to allow a coin-operated arcade on property generally located on the southeast corner of Elm Avenue and State Street and more particularly described as:
Lot 10 of the subdivision of the northwesterly 480 feet of Tract 106 of Carlsbad lands, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map 1710 filed
December 9, 1919.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially
invited to attend the public hearing. please call the Planning Department at 438-5591. If you have any questions,
