JTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, I200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO p.m. on Wednesday, July 8,
1981, to consider approval of Modular Office Strutures and a Parking Lot on on property generally located on the north and south side of Laguna Drive and Elmwood Street and more particularly described as:
(Modular Buildings): A portion of Tract 117 of Carlsbad Lands, according to Map thereof No. 1661. filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, March 1, 1915, also know as assessors parcel number 156-180-34.
(Parking Lot): All that portion of the northwest one quarter Section 6, Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San Barnardino Meridian, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California also known as assessors parcel number 156-164-23.
