NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 7:OO p.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 1981, to consider approval of Modular Office Structures and a Parking Lot on property located on the north and south side of Laguna Drive and Elmwood Street and more particularly described as:
(Modular Buildings): A portion of Tract 117 of Carlsbad Lands, according to Map thereof No. 1661,
filed in the Office of the County Recorder of $an Diego County, March 1, 1915, also known as assessors parcel number 156-180-34.
(Parking Lot): All that portion of the northwest one quarter Section 6, Township 12 South, Range 4 West,
San Barnardino Meridian, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California also known as assessors parcel number 156-164-23..
