Listed below are the issues raised by staff. Please note that the purpose of a preliminary review is to provide you with direction and comments on the overall concept of your project. The preliminarv review does not represent an 3 The removal of the existing Fotomat booth and reconfiguration of the landscape island for a drive-up automatic teller machine would require 3 Conditional Use Permit. the City requires the Conditional Use Permit for any Drive-thru facility. The existing Site Development Plan can be amended administratively because the site plan would be substantially the same. The proposal does improve upon the existing site design and there are no real problems assodated with the proposal as submitted. An option that would also be acceptable would be to keep the site as is and place the kiosk in the same location as the existing booth. This design would be for walk-up traffic only. The existing turnout could be used for parking. The parking area should be striped, posted or othenvise marked to denote that the area is for ATh4 use only and not for long-term parking. This option would not require a Conditional Use Permit since the kiosk would not be a drive-thru facility.
