HomeMy WebLinkAboutCUP 204B; St. Patrick's Church Parking Lot; Conditional Use Permit (CUP) (13). _x .. c -4OTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive (formerly Elm Avenue), Carlsbad, California, at 6:OO p.m. on Wednesday, May 15, 1991, to consider approval of a request to amend existing Conditional Use Permit 204 to allow a 12,400 square foot parking lot addition which adds 27 (net) parking stalls at St. Patrick's Church on property generally located at 3821 Adams Street, in the R-1 zone and in Local Facilities Management Plan Zone 1 and more particularly described as: Portion Tract 236, thum lands, Map 1681 and Parcel 2, Parcel Map 3980. Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public hearing. Copies of the staff report will be available on and after May 9, 1991. If you challenge the Conditional Use Permit Amendment in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at or prior to the public hearing.
