Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the hearing. Copies of the staff report will be available on and after February 26, 1992. If you have any questions, please call Anne Hysong in the Planning Department at 438-1161, ext. 4477. If you challenge the Conditional Use Permit Extension in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at or prior to the hearing.
