4. CONTACT APPLICANT (OR OWNER) AND SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
FOR THE REVIEW.
5. COMPLETE REVIEW INFORMATION SECTION DURING REVIEW.
6. HAVE SENIOR PLANNER REVIEW AND SIGN.
