NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Carlsbad will hold a
public hearing at the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad,
California, at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 17, 1984, to consider approval of
an amendment to a senior housing project adding an age restriction on property
generally located at 987 Chinquapin and more particularly one-bedroom units for
senior housing described as:
Portion of Tract 238 of Thum Lands, in the County of San
Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No.
1681, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Diego County.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend
